David Casper served as U.S. Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Group from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Harris Bank and Group Head, Commercial Banking. Casper currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Public Library Foundation, Start Early (formerly the Ounce of Prevention Fund), the United Way of Metro Chicago, Northwestern Medical Group, Milwaukee’s Summerfest, Sentry Insurance Company, the Civic Federation and World Business Chicago. He is also the Board Chair for Kids First Chicago. Casper received a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree from Dartmouth College.
