About Michael Teplitsky
In his role at Wynnchurch, Michael’s responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Michael’s experience includes mostly industrial sector transactions involving management-led buyouts, corporate carve-outs, and restructurings. Wynnchurch is a leading operationally focused private investment firm with $4.2 billion of equity capital under management.
Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Michael was with Lime Rock Management and at UBS Investment Bank in New York and Houston. Michael is a director of the Chicago Children's Choir and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. He received a BA with honors, from Northwestern University and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
